Portraits in Tannaghmore Gardens
This weeks club night was to be a night of showing of images taken over the previous few weeks from our macro and portrait nights. However it was decided to take advantage of the good weather and swap this for an outdoor portrait/macro session. So given the short notice on Monday we set about trying to find a model for the evening. Thankfully by the end of the day we had one arranged.
Fast forward to Thursday morning and our model unfortunately had to cancel. After a frantic couple of hours we managed to get Migle to step in at the last minute, for which we are so grateful.
We all met up in the car park at Tannaghmore Gardens and with no set plan we headed in to the gardens. However it wasn’t long before the equipment was out and Migle was being the perfect model. For the next two hours we shot in beautiful evening light, but we also used off camera flash to supplement the natural light.
Some members wondered the beautiful gardens taking photos of the gorgeous and colourful plants and flowers.
Overall a brilliant evening was had by all.
