Club Night – Introduction To Lightroom

Following the cancellation of our guest speaker for last week due to losing his voice a quick rescheduling of the calendar was required. We managed to bring forward the ‘Introduction to Lightroom’ session. Despite no guest speaker this was very well attended. A demonstration of the the Library and Develop module was given by club treasurer Michael Carbery.

As with all sessions of this type it was very informal. Michael would demonstrate a function and show his way of doing something and other members of the club would volunteer how they did it, if different. Discussions would ensue on the best way to do something so even members who are familiar with Lightroom learnt something.

All in all a very enjoyable evening and while more geared towards beginners everyone came away with some new knowledge.
